Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order. You can also enter the order name and your email in the box below to get the status of your shipment.
If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to appear.
Tracking FAQ
We offer tracked shipping. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped with a fully tracked courier service. Once dispatched, transit usually takes 7 to 20 business days.
Please note: Your order may split into multiple shipments when it includes multiple items. If this occurs, you will receive tracking details for each separate shipment.

To ensure your order arrives on time, orders enter fulfillment rapidly. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours, and cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order.
